Afternoon Edition - 12/29/07

I See You
BD and I are fast coming up on our one year anniversary – well, one year since we made it serious. We’ve calculated that we’ve actually been dating for two years now. This holiday season brought us even closer together and the realization of how much we mean to each other. There are times that I’m frightened by how easy he makes loving him. He’s everything I need in a man and for that I’m sincerely grateful. A few days ago as we were cuddling together; I looked in his eyes and it was like seeing him for the first time. I simply looked in his eyes and said, “I see you.” Simply translated: I see all that you are to me.

On Blast
We shout from the highest mountains that we want someone special in our lives, but do we know what it takes to make a relationship special? More important, can we let go of past hurt, perceptions and paranoia to live in the present and enjoy the partner that comes into our lives?

Will you recognize him when he comes into your life?

Keep passin’ the open windows…

I feel that you can't see love, and most are looking for it. You can feel love, and to do that you have to blind yourself to enhance the emotions and other senses that can feel and measure the love!

Loving is the easiest thing to do in this world. Our fear is what holds us back.

How easy is it to love a child? How easy is it to love a pet? How easy is it to love a new car? VERY EASY.

It is also easy to love a lover. Though it is a gamble, it is worth it.

If we love ourselves, then loving someone else should be easy.

I'm ready to love and be loved. Just don't know when and where the right man will come along.

I think we know what it takes to make the relationship special but we lack the will to work at it!

Past hurt leads to trust issues and paranoia. This is hard to rebuild once it has been broken or misused. You can get past it if you genuinely want to overcome it!

As for the tidbit of if you will recognize, That depends on if you are aware of qualities that you are seeking, looking for them in others and can weed through the phony hypocrites out there!
