Let's see - I do a half hour cardio, and 70 reps of a few things - the abs, triceps, biceps, chest, and a combo machine that does my back, shoulders, and triceps.

Ummmm I'm running now...I just run and run until I can't anymore. Helps me clear my head. The I do pull ups, sit ups in various positions, crunches in various positions, and some tricep stuff...and of course I work the golden buns of glory!
Carefully monitoring and timely placing my meals. Cardio, alot of cardio, whether it be walking, jogging or running! Weightless exercise crunches and many body movements. That's about all!
When I make it those 2 days of the month, I do 45 minutes on the elliptical machine, and then do a combo machine that works the shoulders, back, arms, and abs.

I bike 10 miles pretty much each day. I run and walk a lot, too. I'm actually going to walk. I lift at home at least 2 or 3 days out of the week, too.
I need to eat better.
