Morning Edition - 10/20/07

On Blast
Last night I had an amazing time with friends. I realize that God (yeah, I said God) has blessed me with an amazing family, incredible friends, a strong man and the health to enjoy them all.
I won't complain....
What/Who in your life helps you say, "I won't complain"?

Keep passin' the open windows...

Amen my brother.
AMEN!!!

God has been VERY good to me, despite my sin, my faults, my humanity. He Loves me so.

My babies get on my nerve and push me to the front door of the insane asylum at times, but they are fearfully and wonderfully made and their purpose is truly DIVINE in my life : )

I had a wonderful time last night. Life is good. And I am so blessed to have so many stellar folks in my life.

Whenever anything in my life goes wrong or just donesn't go my way, I always think it could always be worse. That's just somethin I've learned to do throughout the years. regardless of how low I get, it could always be worse.

I heard this song on Saturday at my cousin's funeral for the first time. It truly spoke to my heart. How timely that I reach out to check the blog and here the song is again!! He truly is good to me and I am blessed each and every day. Love you sweets...

Since I am not a religious person, I don't listen to many gospel songs.

But when I listen to Jennifer Hudson sing, "I Am Changing" it livens my day.

i'm an atheist, but i believe Karen Clark-Sheard is anointed. i get that feeling from back in the day when she sings.

i have to be good to myself before anyone else can be good to me.
