I love you this much
By Ms. Kahlua

Enough to do anything for you.
Enough to give my life, my love, my heart and my soul to and for you.
Enough to willingly give all of my time, efforts, thoughts, talents, trust and prayers to you.
Enough to want to protect you, care for you, guide you, hold you, comfort you, listen to you and cry to you and with you.
Enough to be completely comfortable with you, act silly around you, never have to hide anything from you and be myself with you.
Enough to share all of my sentiments, dreams, goals, fears, hopes and worries-- my entire life with you.
Enough to want the best for you, to wish for your successes, and hope for the fulfillment of all your endeavors.
Enough to keep my promises to you and pledge my loyalty and faithfulness to you.
Enough to cherish your friendship, adore your personality, respect your values, and see you for who you are.
Enough to fight for you, compromise for you, and sacrifice myself for you if need be.
Enough to miss you incredibly when we're apart, no matter what length of time it's for and regardless of the distance.
Enough to spend the rest of my life with you, be there for you when you need or want me, and never ever want to leave you or live without you.

I love you this much.

On Blast
As I read Ms. Kahlua’s poem I thought to myself how difficult it would be for me to actually say those words. I believe my pride and dignity would probably choke them away from me before they’d escape into the unknown…the fearful place where we await an honest, but genuine response. The hope is that the response would be a dream-like romanticized happily ever after.
If the response wasn’t clear…if the answer could be unfavorable….could you / would you step out on the ledge of life and say these words to your true love OR would you be more comfortable living in the safe unknown of unrequited love?

Keep passin’ the open windows…

I would rather say "I love You" to the person I cherish the most not to expect the same response but to show and let them know how I truly feel about them.
I believe if I let them know how much I love them it gives them a chance to reveal to me how they feel about me and if they do not feel the same way, this opportunity opens the door for me to move on and to love someone else unconditionally. ( when one door closes another one opens)

To be able to convey your true feeling without reciprocation is a step into your heart. To be able to mouth any words of true feeling are to release the heart and satisfy the spirit. I'd could speak my heart and no matter what the response was feel good about what I've done. This is to say, I still wouldn't be a fool for love.

Know this my people, I LOVE YOU and every color that you beckon the sun with. I love with the essence of my being. I love your walk, your talk, the sway of your hips and the fullness of your lips. The way you speak, makes me weak. The sparkle in your eyes is brighter than the any sunrise.

I LOVE YOU and all that you do.

There is something strong about saying that you love someone. Because, even people in my life that I know love me sometimes don't say it and you start to wonder. But, then they say it, and it's like, "they do love me."

Love is an energy of sorts. And energy can neither be created nor destroyed, only converted from one form to another. (physics hw frothing up lol.)

If I thought for a second it would make a difference, maybe I would.
Instead, I’m resigned to accept life as it is. A distorted reality of sorts to those around me, who in their ignorance perceive my sex life to be one big party. I sometimes dream that one day a scene similar to those on daytime talk shows will occur…I’ll be asked to be a guest on a show and the love of my life will tell me that he’s waited for me long enough… I’ll breakdown in front of millions and we’ll ride into the sunset… the sun on our faces…the soft breeze of love on our backs… then I realize this is life, not a hay ride… and I continue to watch as the love of my life – not unlike the sand on a beautiful beach – slips and runs through my fingers.

I've never been one told hold my tongue on anything that I feel. If I feel that I love someone, then I will tell them. No reciprocation is needed. So these words would not be that difficult to tell someone. In fact, they sound like marriage vows.

I feel that way every day and it happened just the other day. My baby was in a threaten situation and before I knew it I stepped in between him and the immediate danger...Love is crazy, wonderful but crazy. Thanks for the chance to re-live that moment. I hadn’t thought twice about but I would do it again in a second. PL&B, J’Moo

I was with my first for over 2 years before I said 'I love you'... and I don't think I have said it to anyone I have dated since.
